A new site, a redesign, or a rescue
Most sites we see fall into one of three camps: a business that has never had a real website, one whose site looks ten years old, and one whose site works on a desktop but falls apart on a phone. Each gets the same starting question — what should a visitor do next? — and a site built around the answer.
If your current site mostly works, we don't push a rebuild. Sometimes the right job is a faster theme, a cleaner menu, and three pages rewritten so people can find what they came for.
WordPress, when it fits
WordPress is the right call when your team wants to edit pages, publish posts, or run a store without calling a developer. We build custom WordPress themes and plugins rather than stacking page builders, so the site stays fast and updates don't break it. We also build and maintain our own WordPress commerce plugin, Mercavo.
When nobody will edit the site day to day, a hand-built static site is usually faster, cheaper to host, and has almost nothing to hack. We'll tell you which one fits.
Common questions
How much does a website cost?
It depends on the number of pages, whether you need booking, a store, or custom features, and how much of the writing we do. After a short call we give you one fixed price for the whole project, not an hourly estimate that keeps growing.
How long does a website take?
A small business site usually takes a few weeks from the first call to launch. Larger sites with custom features take longer, and we give you a schedule with the quote.
Can I update the site myself?
Yes. On WordPress you edit pages and posts yourself, and we show you how. If you'd rather not touch it, a website care plan covers edits for you.
Do you work with businesses outside Charlotte and Greenville–Spartanburg?
Yes. We're based between the two and happy to meet locally, but most of the work happens over calls and screen-shares, so we build for clients anywhere.
