Why sites need looking after
Most small business sites aren't hacked by anyone targeting them — they're caught by automated attacks on plugins that were never updated. Others just drift: a contact form that stopped sending months ago, a page that broke on the newest iPhone, a certificate that lapsed and left a browser warning on the front page.
A care plan catches those before your customers do. It works for sites we built and for sites we didn't, after we've had a look under the hood.

Can you look after a site you didn't build?
Yes. We start with a review of the site, fix anything urgent, and then it goes on the same plan as the sites we build.
Do I have to host with you?
No. We can host it, or maintain it where it already lives if your current host is solid.
What counts as a small edit?
Updating text, photos, hours, prices, staff, or adding a simple page or post. Bigger changes, like a new feature or a redesign, are quoted separately before any work starts.
